I don't like the 'Made In China' and the sizing is way off. I take and XL so I ordered a 2XL as / website instructions, and it's way too small to fit over my base pro. So I would need to have a 3XL which is 2 sizes larger than I take. I live in Canada, so I got charged an additional $42 for duty on top of the exchange rate and shipping charges. So almost $200 CAD for a wind breaker is crazy.

Get the coat, Write right away about an exchange, try calling, I get -no reply- except to become an affiliate and now to review the product. I LOVE the coat, the fitting is a bit tight for a 3x, but I had questions about other sizing and a exchange only to be ghosted by them. LOVE the products, HATE the customer experience. It's tone deaf. So a 5 star product gets a 3 star because of the experience itself as the issues are entirely something under their control.
14 days ago you sent the wrong size. You HAVE replaced it with correct one, after I paid $20 to return the wrong one. Yesterday, the CORRECT top was sent. Hope the rest are on their way...and I can have a good review
